When HyperStream was asked to create a lighting simulation to help Community Lighting Partnership win a PFI tender, we jumped at the chance. Community Lighting Partnership provided HyperStream with computer-aided-designs and lighting data, we then produced 3D lighting simulations of a number of street scenes. We created a number of animations which were packaged onto CDs with printed covers ready for consultations.

Community Lighting Partnership went on to win the multi-million pound deal. We are glad that our visuals played their part in achieving this.
